Established in 2018, the Party Wall Office is a young company with a wealth of experience in the engineering and construction industry. We're passionate about working with home owners, and all those involved in your building works, to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, and in doing so contributing to a successful home improvement.
We promise to act with impartiality and with due respect to the appointing owners.
We abide by the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors code of conduct, clause 4;
(1) Seek to resolve disputes under the Act both fairly and expeditiously
(2) Not undertake, and charge for, work that is not reasonably deemed necessary for the resolution of the parties' dispute
(3) Not charge excessive costs
(4) Not misuse or misappropriate appointing owner's funds.
We only work on party wall matters and work below the VAT threshold; we do not charge VAT.
